Point Lowly under fire

9/05/2008 2:47:00 PM
The Editor,

Point Lowly is under sniper fire in an undeclared civil war and there are no names on the bullets.

It is revealing that the companies involved in the information day at Whyalla were keen to say that they were just the users, not the developers.

Mike Rann announced two days later that the proposals were not his, they were what the users wanted.

I have no doubt that the developers will say they are only doing what they are asked.

To me this shows the underhand and shameful way that the State Government are treating the Whyalla community.
